Outreach – Care and Support Worker
26 hours a week (40 hours, £26,662 pro rata)
Including 6:30pm - 8:30pm once per week.
As an outreach worker your role will include spending time supporting people in the community and at our new activities service (The Hub). The role is to facilitate meaningful engagement and participation of individuals in activities that contribute to each persons overall well-being and development.
You will be employed to help ensure that the people we support live the life they want, regardless of their disability. No two days are ever the same as the people we support are always looking to engage in a new activity, visit a new place or gain different skills.
Working with us means you can work with an experienced supportive team, access a comprehensive induction training programme and have opportunities to progress and develop through your time with us.
If you think you have the skills required to succeed in this rewarding role, or you'd like a career change then get in touch. Successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS disclosure.
CoS (Certificate Of Sponsorship) is NOT available for this post.
