Create analysis to support portfolio management transactions, evaluate investment opportunities and assist in the negotiation of transaction provisions and structuring. Assess and translate competition, industry trends, emerging challenges, and changes in the marketplace into structuring strategies. Develop innovative solutions that improve the way the portfolio is managed while achieving portfolio objectives.
