About the Position
We are seeking a part-time, internationally licensed Psychotherapist/Psychologist to join our network of providers and deliver care using a tech-enabled platform.
The Role:
* Provide counseling services to clients with various benefits, including short-term goal-focused EAPs and employer health plans allowing multiple sessions.
* Treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
* Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
* Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
* Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team and other teams whenever needed.
* Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion.
Your Qualifications:
* You are properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling in Lancing, England. We do not accept applications from those requiring clinical supervision.
* You have a minimum of 3 years of independent, post-training experience.
* You have access to a computer or laptop and are comfortable with technology.
* You are available for some monthly in-person sessions in Lancing, England.
* You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
* You are comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during high-risk situations.
* You are committed to quality clinical care and want to expand your capabilities by staying informed about client progress.
