We are looking for a dynamic Front of House Supervisor in Portsmouth to lead our team and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Supervising and coordinating front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless service
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
* Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
* Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
* Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast‑paced environment
* A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
* A passion for hospitality and delivering top‑notch service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
