What you'll be doing Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects Working with small groups and individual pupils, including those who need extra support Helping teachers prepare resources and maintain a positive classroom environment Encouraging students to stay engaged, confident, and motivated Supporting behaviour in line with school expectations Taking part in the wider life of the school when needed We're looking for someone who Enjoys working with young people Is patient, reliable, and positive Has good communication skills Is willing to learn and develop professionally Has GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) Experience in a school is helpful, but not essential - the right attitude is more important.
