IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
* Coordinate schedules and communicate effectively with technicians.
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
* Maintain organized and accurate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Use your attention to detail and time management skills to balance priorities effectively.
