What They're Looking For Clinical Confidence Criteria: MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon with previous small animal experience. Surgical & Medical Skills Criteria: Comfortable managing a varied first opinion caseload across both medicine and surgery. Independence Criteria: Confident with occasional sole charge responsibilities. Continuous Development Criteria: Keen to pursue further qualifications and develop individual clinical interests. Teamwork & Communication Criteria: Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care. Flexibility Criteria: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.
