Location: Aylesbury - 3 days a week onsite
Salary: 48,000 - £58,000

We're partnering with a university who is going through exciting period in their digital journey. We're hiring an Enterprise Systems Manager but in reality, this is a player-coach role for someone who wants to lead a team, shape systems, and stay close to the technical detail.
If you're currently a Senior/Lead Developer or in a management role and feel stuck between:
- wanting to step up into leadership- but not wanting to lose hands-on technical influence

* Confidence working in Agile delivery environments
