Randstad Education is looking for passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join our network of schools in East Grinstead. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting both teachers and pupils, helping to create a positive and engaging classroom experience.

Your Key Duties:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
* Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
* Assist with behaviour management and maintaining structure
* Help organise teaching resources and classroom materials
* Support children with special educational needs (SEN)
* Participate in school events, parent meetings, and other activities
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
* A caring, patient, and encouraging approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant education or childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential
* A strong understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to child welfare
