* Support the Technical Management team by conducting technical appraisals and providing abnormal cost assessments for potential development land within specified timelines.
* Ensure, when requested, that the site is adequately serviced and suitable for construction.
* Liaise with statutory authorities, providing necessary documentation and drawings related to contracts and sites.
* Prepare detailed design programs and manage the production of information to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives.
* Assist in managing Technical and Services budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
* Engineering Technical experience, either from an Architectural Consultancy or Developer background.
* Previous experience in the housebuilding or construction sector.
* A proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
* Degree in relevant disciplines, such as architecture, design, planning, civil engineering, or the built environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Commitment to inclusion and diversity.
* Proficient in IT skills.

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £60k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
