Overview
Service provider organisation going through change is looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This is for an initial six month contract working on site 2 – 3 days a week.
What You’ll Do
* Optimise paid search and paid social campaigns to hit CPL targets.
* Conduct account reviews, keyword research, audience targeting and structured testing.
* Build and refine full‑funnel campaigns across multiple regions.
* Improve landing page and funnel performance using CRO principles.
* Analyse performance data and provide clear reporting and insights.
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and test new ad assets.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience managing Google Ads and Meta lead‑generation campaigns.
* Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structures and optimisation.
* Confident using analytics tools to interpret data and drive decisions.
* Experience with A/B testing and CRO is desirable.
* Analytical, detail‑oriented and commercially aware.
* Collaborative, proactive and improvement‑focused.
Success Looks Like
* High‑quality enquiries delivered at or below target CPL.
* Clear insights that guide optimisation and strategy.
* Improved conversion rates through ongoing testing.
Ideally someone from public service / education sector where they have supported recruitment campaigns.
This is a contract role for initial six months which may be extended. Based in London or Worthing office with travel to other site from time to time. 2 – 3 days on site and need to be available with one month’s notice or less.
