Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based near Henley-On-Thames as the General Manager. The General Manager will oversee all daily operations, including managing the team, ensuring excellent customer experiences, monitoring financial performance, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities will also include implementing operational strategies, liaising with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate a diverse team while driving the business towards its goals.
