An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Concierge to join a large luxury residential tower in Canary Wharf. This is a front-facing role where you will act as the main point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
Alongside delivering excellent customer service, you will play an important role in managing and overseeing the buildings luxury resident amenities, including the gym and cinema room, ensuring facilities run smoothly and residents receive a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming residents and visitors and providing a high standard of service
Managing deliveries and responding to resident enquiries
Overseeing bookings and day-to-day management of resident amenities including the gym and cinema room
Supporting the smooth running of the building and liaising with the wider management team
Maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environment
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Concierge within a residential development is essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional presentation and confident approach with residents
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy front-of-house environment
