About Us
Student Operations manages student records, supports the student lifecycle (e.g., exams, timetabling, curriculum information), and handles statutory reporting to external bodies (e.g., HESA, OfS, GMC). The Curriculum Information Management Services team is dedicated to providing excellent service amidst high query volumes.
About The Role
The Curriculum Information Management Service, a recently established team, manages all curriculum data within UCL’s student records system and our curriculum management software. As Curriculum Information Manager, you will oversee curriculum processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and support system users while managing a team of Senior Curriculum Information Officers.
Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate programme and module records, developing processes, ensuring standards compliance, and working with technical teams and external suppliers to support UCL’s academic model.

Candidate Profile
* Experience in administrative support roles within a university environment.
* Knowledge of the SITS system or similar student records systems.
* Understanding of curriculum data, lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.
* Experience in managing teams and influencing others.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
