We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Continuity & Resilience Analyst to join the IT Security and Governance team on a permanent basis (homebased).

The role
The Business Continuity and Resilience (BCR) Analyst is responsible for supporting the BCR Manager in ensuring that holistic planning, preparation and risk-mitigation protects our business capabilities and our clients (members) from harm. The BCR Analyst possesses specialised knowledge combined with experience of implementing / maintaining organisational alignment with ISO 22301 business continuity and the FCA's Operational Resilience requirements.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
The person
We are looking for an experienced practitioner who understands associated standards, frameworks, and methodologies such as; ISO 22301, the BCI's Good Practice Guidelines and the FCA's Operational Resilience. You will have the ability to develop, implement and test business continuity plans in all business areas, ensuring alignment with impact analysis, risk assessments and stakeholder needs to meet recovery requirements.
We are looking for someone who embraces complexities, recognises interdependencies and understands competing requirements. As the BCR Analyst, you must be able to communicate effectively / coordinate activity with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation including external suppliers; developing effective relationships internally and externally. Proactive collaboration is fundamental to this role; you must be able to respectfully negotiate and influence to achieve necessary outcomes. You will be detail orientated and able to produce clear and concise reports and documentation.
