Contract type: Temp - perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement
Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only
Unique School Solutions are supporting a large secondary school in the S35 area of Sheffield, who are needing a Behaviour Manager from Easter. The role will be working throughout school with duties including managing behaviour in corridors, being on call to remove students from class, managing the inclusion room and liaising with parents. The role is to start ASAP and for the right person could lead to a permanent job after 12 weeks.

Essential requirements for the role:
* Previous experience working with young people aged 11-16 in the last 2 years
* Experience working in alternative education such as Young Offender Institutes or Pupil Referral Units is beneficial but not essential
* Strong behaviour management skills, and a strong sense of presence
* The ability to build rapport with young learners
* The ability to work independently, under the direction of Senior Leadership and teachers
