You’ll play a key role in helping our employees get the most out of their careers, building confidence, unlocking potential, and supporting our teams to grow just as fast as our business is. With a primary focus on technical training for our operations and contact center teams, you’ll design learning that sticks and makes a real impact while also providing leadership and guidance to any L&D professionals supporting these areas.
We’re growing quickly, so we need someone who’s energised by pace, happy to roll up their sleeves, and ready to make a difference from day one. You’ll work with leaders across the business, craft engaging learning experiences, and help create a culture where learning is just how we do things.

* Build a Future-Ready Workforce: Establish a competency framework to support employee growth, succession planning, and individual development. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to identify and prepare employees through targeted upskilling initiatives.
* Ensure Alignment and Compliance: Work closely with technical teams and People team to ensure training programmes align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
* Measure Success and Drive Improvement: Define success metrics, evaluate the impact of training activities, and adjust strategies based on date-driven insights
* Lead and Develop the Team: Effectively manage the team to achieve business objectives. Coach, mentor and guide L&D Trainers to develop and grow within their role.
* Collaborate Across the Business: Build great relationships with leaders to understand their learning needs today and tomorrow.
