Managing more than one service isn't easy, but it doesn't half look great on a CV, wouldn't you agree?
Now this role won't be for everyone:
1. You will have previous experience of caring for those people with learning disabilities and autism.
2. You will ideally be a driver, after all you will be running between two services.
3. You will know a thing or two about managing teams and working to CQC guidelines.

This small, well established care operator have quite the portfolio, with one of the nicest Operations Directors you will ever have the pleasure of speaking with. They are incredibly supportive.
You will gain exposure of managing two very different services, just 20 minutes apart.
The contract:
4. 40 hours per week
5. Monday to Friday
6. Fully supernumerary hours
With a salary of up to £38k per year, this is a very competitive salary and a very different role. No day will be the same working at the helm of two teams in two different environments.
