We have a full-time permanent Business Administrator vacancy within the Adult Social Care Learning Disabilities Community Support & Supported Living Service.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic administrator who will provide support to the Service Manager, staff and clients within the Day Service. The successful candidate will have:
1. Communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
2. Ability to manage a reception area and remain calm in a busy working environment.
3. Strong IT skills particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and MS Outlook.
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritise work according to the requests being received.
5. To work as part of a team to support with administration tasks and the management of the office.
6. The ability to follow instructions as well as using your own initiative to escalate information as appropriate.
