Job Advert: Residential Property Solicitor Location: Woking Position: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Experience: 2-3 years PQE preferred, but all solid candidates considered Our client, a growing law firm based in Woking, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the firm's presence in the local market while managing a high-quality residential caseload. Key Responsibilities: Manage a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other associated transactions. Confidently oversee files from instruction through to completion. Achieve financial targets while delivering exceptional client care. Ensure all work complies with regulatory and internal compliance standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other professional contacts. Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the Woking office. Ideal Candidate: Strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing. Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently. Initiative in generating new business; a following of work is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills with a commitment to outstanding client service. Proactive, commercially aware, and eager to support the continued growth of a progressive firm.
