About Fleet Focus
Fleet Focus is a fast-growing provider of AI powered video telematics and connected vehicle safety technology. Through our cloud-based platform, we help operators reduce risk, improve compliance, and gain real time visibility across their fleets. We work with safety focused fleet operators across the UK and are building a powerful indirect channel strategy to scale our reach through vehicle dealerships, bodybuilders, leasing companies and specialist resellers. As we enter our next growth phase, we are creating a strategic Channel Partner Manager role to accelerate revenue and system connections through high performing partnerships.
The Opportunity
This is not an account management role. This is a commercial growth role focused on building and activating a high-performance reseller network, increasing recurring revenue and connected vehicle installations, and embedding Fleet Focus technology into the vehicle supply chain. You will own the partner ecosystem strategy and turn it into a scalable revenue engine.
The Role
As Channel Partner Manager, you will:
• Build and scale the partner programme by developing and executing Fleet Focus's UK channel strategy
• Onboard vehicle dealerships, bodybuilders, lease providers and core resellers
• Create structured partner tiers and performance frameworks
• Generate indirect sales growth through partner led opportunities
• Increase installed camera systems at point of sale and build stage
• Support partners in identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Deliver training and commercial support to maximise partner performance
• Develop pricing structures, margin models and incentive programmes
• Act as senior point of contact for key partners
• Build long term commercial roadmaps with high value accounts
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Technical teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Structured and measurable partner performance
About You
You are commercially driven and relationship led, but performance focused. You have proven experience in channel sales, partnerships or indirect sales, ideally within automotive, fleet, leasing, telematics or vehicle camera sectors. You understand margin structures and commercial frameworks and are confident influencing dealerships, bodybuilders and leasing companies. You are comfortable operating independently in a UK wide field-based role and discussing revenue targets, pricing models and long-term partnership strategy.

Role Details
• Location: UK Field Based, with access to our Colchester Office
• Contract: Full Time, 40 hours pw, Permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30
• Package: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Car Allowance + Benefits
