<div><p>We’re recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a leading regional law firms Leamington Spa office. The firm works on a hybrid basis, with four days in the office and one day from home. This is a busy, well‑established department with plenty of work coming through and there is room for a new hire to step in and progress quickly.</p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion</li><li>Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases</li><li>Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters</li><li>Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports and completion statements</li><li>Carrying out title checks, searches and enquiries</li><li>Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors</li><li>Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and firm requirements</li><li>Supporting the wider team and contributing to the growth of the department</li></ul><h3>Person specification</h3><ul><li>Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload</li><li>Strong knowledge of the full residential conveyancing process</li><li>Confident communicator who can build good relationships with clients and agents</li><li>Organised, proactive and able to work independently</li><li>Someone who enjoys being part of a busy, growing team</li></ul><p><strong>If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please email your CV to shannonhewes@chadwicknott.co.uk</strong></p></div>
