Groundworks Gang (x3) - 20‑Week Project Start: First week of February Duration: 20 weeks Role Overview A three‑person groundworks gang is required for drainage remedial works on a deep excavation project, 5 metres The team will be responsible for carrying out repairs, replacements, and associated civils tasks within a confined‑space environment. ️ Required Competencies & Tickets between the gang CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator Operator CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Operator SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) - at least one member Confined Spaces Certification - valid and in date Proven experience working on deep drainage (up to 5m) Strong understanding of temporary works, shoring, and safe excavation practices Key Responsibilities Carry out drainage remedial works at depths up to 5 metres Operate 360 excavator and dumper safely and efficiently Manage confined‑space entry procedures and permit systems Install, repair, or replace drainage infrastructure Maintain safe working practices and comply with site safety requirements Coordinate with site management and other trades Ensure quality of workmanship and timely progress ✔️ Additional Notes Gang must be fully equipped with relevant PPE Experience on similar deep‑dig drainage projects is essential Immediate confirmation required due to February start
