In-house 2PQE+ Commercial and Technology Lawyer
Join a global financial institution as part of a high-performing legal team advising on commercial, innovation, and technology matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on commercial and technology agreements (e.g., software, SaaS, cloud, data, and services).
* Draft and negotiate contracts across suppliers, clients, and partners.
* Manage legal and regulatory risks in line with internal policies.
* Partner with procurement, technology, and business teams.
* Support effective risk management and collaborate across legal teams.
Requirements
* 2PQE+ (in-house or private practice).
* Strong background in commercial and technology law.
* Ability to manage workload independently and work with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
* Experience in financial services regulation (e.g., outsourcing, operational resilience).
* Background working with or advising regulated institutions.
