We are looking to recruit a Senior Service Advisor to look after our fast paced car and commercial service department. You will be advising customers on their requirements and recommending additional work and products. Organising and planning workflows. Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks promptly. Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising work throughput. Requirements: - 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) grades A-C including English and Mathematics - Customer-centric with a friendly yet professional manner - Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role - Team and goal orientated, organised and self-motivated - Ability to work in a busy environment and to 'think on your feet' - Knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop an advantage - Excellent in attendance, timekeeping and with smart appearance - Full clean driving licence Other Information: Extremely attractive salary with additional pre-requisites to the right candidate (this is a complex and integral role so please contact us directly to know more).
