Trainee Project Coordinator – Hull

We are seeking a Trainee Project Coordinator to join our Projects/Operations team. This exciting role that offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to begin their career in project management within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the Projects team with:
* Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects.
* Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
* Supporting health and safety compliance across all projects.
* Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, meetings, and project manuals.
* Supporting administrative and financial tracking tasks.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates:
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A professional approach and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
* Previous exposure to engineering or construction environments is advantageous but not essential.
