This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, multi-site B2B food business as Head of Marketing, taking full ownership of the marketing strategy, structure, and delivery. The role is focused on building a high-performing marketing function that directly supports commercial growth, sales effectiveness, and long-term brand positioning.
The role will involve leading the overall marketing strategy, managing brand positioning, campaigns, communications, events, and performance marketing, while working closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to drive measurable business impact.
Key areas include:
• Defining and evolving the marketing strategy in line with business growth objectives
• Leading and developing the marketing team and external partners
• Driving integrated campaigns across digital, social, events, and brand activity
• Supporting sales growth through commercially focused marketing initiatives
• Using analytics, SEO, ROI tracking, and data insights to optimise performance
• Managing events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and external brand presence
