Our client, a global advisory company working with governments, foundations, and corporates to tackle some of the world’s biggest challenges, is seeking a proactive and ambitious Executive Assistant with Junior Chief of Staff exposure to support their CEO. This is a unique opportunity to join an employee-owned organisation with more than 20 international offices and a strong commitment to social, environmental, and financial performance.
The role includes:
* Managing the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and travel.
* Acting as Secretary for the Executive Team and key committees: agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
* Coordinating and preparing company communications, updates, and briefing notes.
* Driving special projects, including company policy reviews and B Corp reaccreditation.
* Enabling effective decision-making by ensuring timely access to information.
The essentials:
* 3+ years’ experience as an EA, Junior Chief of Staff, or senior operations support.
* Exceptional organisational, time management, and communication skills.
* Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
* Experience in advisory, financial services, or entrepreneurial settings is advantageous.
Details:
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 4/5 days in the office)
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum
