The Role:
* Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients
* Build strong relationships and drive client success across their learning programs
* Drive expansion within existing clients
* Align solutions to client objectives and uncover growth opportunities
* Lead business reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
* Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving growth
* Strong communication, commercial, and relationship-building skills
* Experience managing multiple clients and delivering high-value solutions
