What you’ll be doing:• Supporting individuals with daily routines and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and confidence in everyday life
• Supporting social activities, hobbies, and community access
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care where required (full training provided)
• Supporting flexible cover shifts as needed

• Experience in care or support work is helpful but not essential – full training provided
