About the Role
We are recruiting for a Team Leader at Next Steps. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
Next Steps is a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them develop life skills and confidence.
As a Team Leader you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service, support the staff team and the people supported, and be part of the on‑call rota, earning an additional GBP 10 per session.
Responsibilities

* Participate in the service’s on‑call rota and receive an additional GBP 10 per session.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, or willingness to work toward this qualification.
