We're representing a highly professional organisation in Frimley who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the board. This is a pivotal role where you'll combine high-level executive support with involvement in projects, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring emails, responding and filing where appropriate
Coordinating and managing a busy calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings along with bookings of rooms
Organising accommodation and detailed itineraries for business travel
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism
Preparing agendas, collating information, taking notes, creating presentations, and ensuring guests and meetings run seamlessly
Drafting, proofreading, and maintaining confidential documents, reports, and presentations
Assisting with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives
Coordinating with senior leadership, clients, and partners to support business objectives
Handling all information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience supporting at Executive or Board level
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
A proactive mindset - always one step ahead
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly proficient with MS Office and confident working with sensitive information

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Frimley

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
