The Food Modern British fusion / gastro bordering on fine dine The Person As good Sous Chef you will need to have come from a fine dining background or gastro restaurant, min of 2yrs in a professional kitchen whether hotel or restaurant, preferably some Rosetted experience. Worked previously in a busy operation and be eager to give that extra mile. Worked with fresh produce making everything from scratch. As a Sous Chef for this company, you need to have a passion for food with a creative flair, and the drive to exceed to all customer expectations.
