Groove Magazine is a music and culture magazine spotlighting the next generation of artists and creatives. Based in London, we share stories from around the world that explore music and push the boundaries of creativity and artistic expression. Through editorial features, live sessions, in-depth interviews and digital campaigns, we create space for emerging voices to be heard, supported, and celebrated.
The Role:
Are you obsessed with discovering new music and creatives?
Join us as our new
Artist & Outreach Coordinator
. You'll be the first to explore artist submissions, help us identify talent, and manage outreach and interview scheduling. This role is great for someone who loves curating and connecting with artists and creatives.
Key responsibilities:
* Review artist submissions for the magazine weekly
* Help identify standout talent
* Reach out to artists and schedule interviews
* Research new artists for editorial features and sessions
* Research gigs for our team to attend
* Maintain relationships with artists and their teams (in person and across our social channels)
* Attend 1–2 in-person meetings per week with the Creative Director to review artist submissions and plan outreach.
You'd Be a Great Fit If You:
• Are an early-career creative or student looking to build your portfolio
• Are tapped into new music, emerging scenes, and pop culture trends
• Are organised, reliable, collaborative, and open to feedback
• You are detail-oriented and skilled at organizing information in Google Sheets or Excel
• Enjoy communicating with creatives in a professional yet approachable way
