About The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will assist the Sous Chef & Head Chef in delivering the Butlin's food propositions.
Responsibilities include managing a specified section of the kitchen, ensuring safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, following set recipe specifications and brand standards. You will oversee and manage small teams of commis chefs, ensuring the delivery of the food proposition in accordance with food safety policy.
Your responsibilities will include deputising in absence of the sous chef, managing daily operations, maintaining a clean and organised workstation, and adhering to health and safety regulations. You will also prepare and cook dishes with pre-approved recipe specifications, complete daily food diaries, and control budget margins with the support of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role, who are confident in leading a team, hard working, and determined. Ideally, you will hold a Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
This is a full-time permanent role, working 35 hours per week, with a wide range of shifts available. On-resort accommodation can be provided for those looking to relocate.
