About The Role
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Gallagher Security team in Warwick.
This role plays a pivotal part in Gallagher Security’s Care Plan, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and renewals across Europe. You’ll engage directly with customers, internal sales teams, and channel partners to identify upgrade opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. You’ll play a key role in helping customers stay current with our technology by connecting them with the right products, services, and support options.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for all Care Plan enquiries and renewals via phone, email, and other channels.
* Identify upgrade opportunities through proactive engagement with customers and database insights.
* Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for hardware and software upgrades.
* Communicate the benefits of Gallagher’s Care Plan and technology enhancements.
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to convert opportunities into action.
* Maintain database accuracy and follow up on Care Plan renewals and legacy system upgrades.
* Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement.
* Provide monthly reporting and insights on upgrade performance and progress.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy connecting with customers, building rapport, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You’re comfortable balancing commercial objectives with customer value, and you know how to bring others on the journey.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in an inside sales, sales support, or customer support role (2+ years desirable).
* Experience with SaaS, software maintenance or subscription based offerings.
* Confidence engaging with customers and partners, including proactive outreach and relationship building.
* Commercial acumen and ability to identify upsell opportunities.
* Experience with CRM systems, SAP, Outlook and MS Office.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills across a range of audiences.
* A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
* A second European language is advantageous but not essential.
