We are seeking self-motivated Machine Operatives who are looking to learn and progress within our client's busy production facility in Hengoed, CF82 7SS. This role will involve loading the machine, monitoring the settings for the production, and keeping the line running. As a Machine Operative, you will get £14.11p/h. Typical working hours as a Machine Operative: Continental 12hour shift, Rotation of both. Day: 07:00am - 19:00pm | Night: 19:00pm - 07:00am. The pattern repeats on a 3-week cycle What skills are we looking for? Work independently in a busy, active environment and collaborates well with others Work 12-hour shifts, mix of Day and Night shift Mechanically minded Support your team during busy periods, being flexible and adaptable when needed Basic/Good PC skills Ability to work from instructions Good time management skills Take health and safety seriously Although it would be beneficial, you don't need to have previous experience as we provide intensive training, you just need to be a dependable team player with a can do-attitude; be willing to learn and be flexible in your approach.
