The clever brain behind the scenes! Thanks to your excellent organisational skills, you will be responsible for accounting in your Motel One.
This is part time, permanent position with 20 hours a week Monday to Friday. Ideal times are 10am to 2pm but this is flexible.
Your duties will also include the following:
* Cash Banking and reconciliation of petty cash and floats
* Invoice and delivery note reconciliation and processing
* Assisting in the month end processes with the Hotel Manager
* Office management, incl. invoicing, petty cash, ordering office materials, reimbursing travel expenses
* Assisting with the hotel operations as required
* Filing and general Administration work as required
Qualifications
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
* Experience in an Administration or financial role previously would be ideal but full training provided
* Have outstanding organisational skills and an excellent sense of quality and service
* Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English
