up to £25,000 & OTE £6000 - £12000

Reporting directly to the Regional Key Account and Sales Leader, you will play a key role in driving account growth across the Workplace and Water & Leisure training and consultancy portfolio, whilst increasing qualified opportunities for the Regional Account Manager.

As an Account Executive, you will:
Maximise outbound sales opportunities by following through marketing campaigns to agreed contact plans. This will include driving high volume, product led sales, increasing client engagement and retention, capturing market data and contributing / feeding back to inform campaign planning.
Monitor RoSPAs sales mailboxes, inbound calls and Pure chat activity to effectively manage inbound enquiries, proactively converting into sales. This also includes the qualification of opportunities to increase order values and/or a strategic relationship thereby assigning it to the Regional Account Manager.
Proactively develop in depth knowledge of RoSPAs Workplace and Water & Leisure services, features and business benefits to fulfil client led requirements and professionally upsell of the Workplace and Water & Leisure portfolio, including Membership and Awards. This may involve shadowing meetings, attending networking events and contributing to client journey / marketing activities.

An ability to build positive, productive relationships with existing and potential clients
A recognised relevant sales qualification or an interest in developing your sales knowledge
Experience working in a busy customer-facing, sales, or commercial environment
