Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Oxford
Salary: GBP 35,000 : GBP 40,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing renewables company based in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working in a client:facing position, managing multiple projects and taking full ownership of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
: Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
: Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously in a fast:paced environment.
: Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
: Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
: Oversee project schedules, documentation, and progress tracking.
: Ensure clear communication between engineering, production, and commercial teams.
: Take full ownership of customer requirements and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Skills And Experience Required
: Engineering background or degree (mechanical, electrical, or similar).
: Experience in a project engineering or technical coordination role.
: Confident and professional client:facing skills.
: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
: Strong organisational and communication skills.
: Proactive mindset with strong problem:solving ability.
