Position Details
* Position: HRIS Analyst
* Employment Type: Direct Hire
* Location: Hybrid Schedule (Houston, TX 77002)
* Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience
* Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Your Role
As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by managing and optimizing our human resource information systems. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and various stakeholders to enhance processes and maximize the effectiveness of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to leadership based on key performance indicators like turnover and engagement.
* Develop and maintain HR dashboards to empower HR Business Partners and Leaders in their decision-making.
* Act as the Business Unit Leader for Group Social Reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across various entities.
* Support system maintenance, including testing and implementing HRIS changes in collaboration with the Applications Management Advisor.
* Ensure the highest quality of data within the ADP Vantage HCM system.
* Produce existing and custom reports, including EEO-1 and AAP, to meet compliance requirements.
* Lead mass data load/update projects, ensuring accuracy and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Assist with the maintenance and creation of vendor electronic eligibility files.
* Troubleshoot system-related issues and recommend solutions in partnership with ADP.
* Provision access to ADP Vantage upon leadership approval.
* Carry out other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
* Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in HR/HRIS roles; ADP experience is preferred.
