Role & Responsibilities: Support the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring departments follow quality objectives to drive continuous improvement. Help update, create, and maintain essential quality documentation, including IFUs, non‑conformance forms, and internal/external non‑conformance reports. Coordinate product risk analysis activities. Manage incident reporting processes. Assist with internal audit planning, management review scheduling, and identifying improvement initiatives. Take part in external audits, supporting colleagues with corrective actions and quality improvements. Skills & Experience Strong understanding of relevant quality and regulatory standards, including ISO 9001. Proven ability to maintain, update and generate documentation within a Quality Management System. Experience raising, investigating, and closing CAPAs. Skilled in conducting internal audits and performing post‑market surveillance activities.
