Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week)

As we expand, we’re looking for a talented Solicitor to play a pivotal role in our Road, Pedestrian & Cycling Injury (RPCI) team’s success. This is your chance to shine, contribute your expertise, and grow alongside a company that’s invested in your development.
Responsibilities
* Handling a litigated caseload
* Ensuring cases are progressed quickly and efficiently
* Assessing prospects of a case
* Working with our valued clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice
* Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
* Communicating clearly and consistently with insurers, solicitors, fee-earners, and clients
* Carrying out investigations into liability and quantum
* Keeping case management system up to date
Requirements
* Experience handling litigated personal injury cases
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Motivated and proactive individual
* Organised, punctual, and professional individual
* Strong, clear, and concise communication skills with the ability to maintain client contact throughout the process
* Professional and confident phone manner and ability to provide excellent service to our clients
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
* Computer literate, proficient with MS Office
* Caring and compassionate nature
* Able to work autonomously but also within a team
