Echo Studios is looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our growing Logistics & Facilities team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
You'll play a key part in ensuring our overnight consignments, deliveries, and collections run smoothly — supporting both daily operations and wider teams across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Booking and labelling overnight parcels and consignments
* Completing all related paperwork accurately and on time
* Maintaining clear, accurate records using internal systems
* Liaising with external suppliers, courier partners, and service providers
* Monitoring deliveries to ensure reliable and consistent service
* Supporting the wider logistics team with day‑to‑day administration
* Assisting operational teams during busy periods and providing proactive updates
* Helping coordinate deliveries, collections, and general logistics activity
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience with data entry and overnight courier platforms
* Clear communicator with a strong team ethic
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good IT skills, including online booking or scheduling systems
* Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required
Core Knowledge Base
* Familiarity with overnight courier services
* Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
