Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Fitzrovia, London – Up to £45,000 per annum
Exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised FM property company based at a large commercial building in Fitzrovia, London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Maintenance Plumber for a static site, delivering high-quality plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber (Level 2 minimum) with a proven track record in commercial or property maintenance. Working as part of the on-site maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across plumbing and building services systems.

Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 am – 16:30 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works
* Repair toilets, sinks, and general sanitary ware
* Unblock drains and toilets and resolve plumbing faults
* Conduct water hygiene maintenance and inspections
* Inspect and repair pipework systems
* Carry out minor plumbing installations
* Maintain pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs, and TMVs
* Support water treatment tasks (temperature checks)
* Assist other trades on site when required
* Carry out general building fabric maintenance
* Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors
Package:
* Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Requirements:
* Plumbing qualification – City & Guilds / NVQ - Level 2 minimum (Essential)
* Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
* Installation experience desirable
* Strong communication and customer service skills
