Our client is a national engineering surveying business deliveringtopographical, measured building, underground utility, monitoring and site engineering surveysacross a network of ten UK offices. Their teams support major construction and infrastructure projects, providing the engineering certainty required to deliver complex schemes safely and efficiently.
As aSurveyor, you will work independently and within multi-disciplinary teams deliveringtopographical and measured building surveysacross a wide variety of sites and sectors. The role combines site-based data capture, office-based processing, and supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities Delivertopographical and measured building surveysof varying size and complexity to a high standard
Take the lead onlarge and complex projects, coordinating multiple survey teams
Provideclear technical guidance and instructionsto team members
Processmulti-dataset survey information, including topographical and building data
Maintainsurvey instrumentation and equipmentto required standards
Carry outsite inspections and dynamic risk assessments
Ensure delivery meetshealth, safety, quality and programmerequirements
Support the development oftrainee, junior and technician-level surveyors
The Ideal Candidate 3+ years experiencein land, topographical or measured building surveying
Proven ability to delivertopographical surveys independently
Experience withmeasured building surveysusing laser scanners and/or traditional methods
Strongdata processing and CADskills
Professional and confident communicator
Stronghealth & safety awareness
Motivated to develop along-term careerwithin a growing surveying business
Qualifications & Requirements Minimum5 GCSEs, includingMaths & English (Grade C / 4 or above)
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
