Rate of pay: £12.33 per hour
Hours of work: 22.5 hours a week, days to be confirmed. Monday to Saturday 9am to 4.30pm.
About the role
Our eleven shops in Northamptonshire play a vital role in raising funds that support our work throughout the county. Every penny helps to improve later life for people in Northamptonshire. We need to recruit a reliable, trustworthy person to help the Shop Manager in the running of our brand new charity shop in Oundle. You will work with the Shop Manager in recruiting, training, supporting and supervising a team of volunteers and will also share responsibility for stock control and stocktaking.
About you
We are looking for a person with a good standard of education and who is computer literate. Experience of working in retail is not essential, but you should have a passion for high street retail and excellent merchandising skills. Experience of maintaining cash and general banking is not essential but you must have a good level of numeracy and literacy. Bring your passion for providing good customer service and enjoy working with our small, friendly team, knowing that you are helping to make a difference to older people in our community.
