Clover Court provides CQC regulated care and support to people with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries in 20 self-contained flats.

The role of Local Service Manager will include:
* CQC Registration as Manager
* Leading the overall delivery of the service, through the management of the team and liaison with the Area Service Manager
* Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, key stakeholders and external agencies
* Oversee safe and compliant medication management across the service
* Manage tenancy agreements and support residents with housing-related needs
* Lead and develop a motivated staff team to deliver high-quality care
* Working closely with our internal and external partners to achieve KPI’s
* Overseeing the service’s financial performance and managing the budget
* Responsibility for health and safety in the service
Skills and experiences:
* Proven experience of working in a managerial role within an Adult Social Care Service with NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Previous experience of managing a CQC regulated environment is preferable
* Experience managing accommodation-based services
* Confident in computer skills such as electronic care planning, word, excel
* Able to communicate with clarity and confidence across all levels, building trust with residents, staff, and external stakeholders
* Open-minded and solution-focused approach, embracing challenges with resilience and confidence to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvement
* Compassionate, caring, and hard working with a hands-on approach to support
* Experience of working in a personalised way supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development
