HGV Technician Needed in Shropshire
1. Location: Telford
2. Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational basis, including every other SaturdayWeek 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pmWeek 2: Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm
3. Salary: Basic salary £37,500 ; OTE £45,000

7. Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering growth.
Qualifications and Skills Required to be an HGV Technician:
8. Proven experience in HGV maintenance and repair.
9. Previous experience with DAF vehicles is highly desirable.
10. Possession of an HGV licence is advantageous.
11. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
12. Strong coaching and mentoring skills to support team development.
