Our client are a well known Tier 1 housing contractor looking to add a Project Manager for their Warwickshire based contract.
Description
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including:
Leading the on‑site delivery of a complex, occupied high‑rise refurbishment programme.
Managing projects from conception to completion, including design stages, technical coordination, construction oversight, and handover.
Preparing and submitting Building Safety Act Gateway submissions to the Building Safety Regulator.
Coordinating all technical compliance relating to high‑rise residential safety requirements.
Managing a team of consultants, Designers, Clerk of Works, Design Manager, and other external partners.
Overseeing programme, risk, budget, procurement, and stakeholder communication.
Ensuring full compliance with H&S legislation, internal processes, and regulatory standards.
Leading facade replacement packages (EWI and associated external wall systems).
Maintaining strong communication with residents, client representatives, and internal teams throughout works on occupied buildings.
Profile
The ideal Project Manager for this role will have:
Previous experience delivering or managing projects within the social housing sector.
Strong exposure to occupied high‑rise refurbishment environments.
Technical understanding of facade replacement, including external wall insulation (EWI) and cladding systems.
Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and a Design Manager.
Proven ability to run end‑to‑end project delivery-from design stages to final handover.
Excellent stakeholder management, especially in occupied residential settings.
Strong technical and regulatory knowledge related to high‑rise residential buildings.
Clear communication skills and confidence leading on‑site teams.
A proactive mindset and ability to influence decisions and drive performance.
The ability to plan, coordinate, and manage complex refurbishment works with safety as the top priority.Job Offer
